Consulting services cover human factors and safety issues in design, manufacturing operations and maintenance in the aeronautical industry.
Evaluation of cockpits including anthropometrics, control and display evaluations is performed and compliance to specifications is determined. Guidance is provided in the development of selection and training procedures. Human performance and error principles are applied to pilot training for more efficient CRM and in the context of air accident investigation cases.

Safety assessment methods include Functional Hazard Assessment (FHA), Preliminary System Safety Assessment (PSSA), System Safety Assessment (SSA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Failure Modes and Effects Summary (FMES) and Common Cause Analysis (CCA). SAE ARP-4761 guidelines are extensively used.

Monte Carlo simulation methods are used for models that are complex, nonlinear or involve multiple uncertain parameters.
